I work for a very large global pharmaceutical company. Overall, people have good job satisfaction. The company has pillars of values and behavior, and one of those is Be a great place to work. The value is even included in the business scorecard and if not met can impact the stock value. The company takes this very seriously and sends out pulse surveys annually. There is transparency in regards to how employees feel about the company, our leaders, the future, and job satisfaction.
